Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Because all items are custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order such as damage, misprints, or defects, please reach out to us right away and we will work with our printing partner to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, customization, and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world.
In-house custom orders may qualify for local pickup or local delivery. Shipping fees for print-on-demand items are automatically calculated at checkout based on the item and destination.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
At Jade Crafts Designs, we offer both in-house custom orders and print-on-demand products. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered.
In-House Custom Orders
Items created directly by Jade Crafts may be:
Local pickup
Local delivery (when available)
Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup or delivery arrangements.
Print-On-Demand Orders
Some products are fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partners and are shipped directly to your address.
Production & shipping typically takes 7–10 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons
We appreciate your patience as each item is custom-made with care just for you.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Sample products may be available for schools, businesses, teams, or bulk orders upon request. Contact us for more information regarding sample availability and pricing.
