Due to the custom nature of our products, Jade Crafts Designs does not offer in-house returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, our print-on-demand production partner may offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
